The Witcher 3 builds upon not only two past games but a whole series of Polish books (most not yet in English) that meticulously detail the world the game takes place in. In order to better unify these possibly disparate sources of information, CD Projeckt RED has decided to release a lore compendium that discusses the world of Geralt of Rivia for players and readers alike that want to know more. In this week's vlog, Jamin looks at how other games/book/media have handled lore in the past and wonders if the direction taken with The Witcher 3 is possibly paving the road to a more tactile narrative future.
